Glitch in game involving two teammates

Okay so in my ranked match I could not see my team's vayne and teemo. I do not know how this happened but they did not appear in game at all for me, nor could I see any announcements involving those two teammates. Any thoughts why this happened? I tried to take a screenshot to prove it but for some reason it did not work.
