[Gameplay] Void Shift Visual Bug

As shown in this picture the visuals of Malzahar's passive with the snowday skin persisted even if the passive was on cooldown. However, the damage mitigation mechanic worked correctly. The bug first occured about 10 minutes into an ARAM game and stayed until the end. Everyone with me in the game confirmed that they also kept seeing it. The steps leading to the bug are unknown and it was the first and only time I've seen that bug. Trying to replicate the bug in the practice tool by buing the same items didn't work.
