Heavy Lag with new update

While playing in 7.22 or 7.23 update (idk) i was having great fps and ping, but, after the new update i cant even get 15 fps, i've got all my settings at the lowest and at best ill hit 18 fps in lane for a minute

• All video settings on Very Low
• Shadows Off
• Character Inking Off and more I just don't know what to do
