Yuumi's Q becomes invisible and laggy

1. When Yuumi is attached (W) to an ally, her Q sometimes is laggy (or stutter) and making enemies not able to accurately trace it. Happens often, though, not always. There was a game, where all of her Yuumi's Q are laggy when attached to an ally. But in other games, her Q is fine.

To reproduce: just try out on different champions etc.

2. When Yuumi is attached to Evelyn, her Q and E are invisible, but her ult is visible to the enemies. IF this is intended, then it is unreasonable and unbalanced. Happens always.

To reproduce: just try out on different situations as said above.
