Loading screen after champ select goes to 7% then just stays

This just started happening to me. 5/5 games ranked, normal, and custom. After champ select half the players portraits are just boxes and mine loads to 7% and just stays at loading screen. I can hear sounds once the game starts and even clock the loading screen to move my character. Ive re installed and ran repair. Anyone shed light on this??
