[Video] Lost Control of Character after reconnecting.

This was on NA server. This was a team builder game. I queued as Rumble, top, and either fighter or mage.

Type of Bug: In game

Description - I disconnected in loading screen. When I reconnected I was unable to leave the base. I teleport to top tower. After teleporting my character, Rumble, walks back to base. He ignored my mouse move commands. However, I could activate Q. Once in base I can not leave. I exit the game and reconnect. When I come back I can now control my character.

Steps to reproduce - Unknown.

Expected Result - Can walk out of base. Character goes where I click.

Observed Result - Can't walk out of base. Character returns to base and ignores movement commands.

System Specs - MSI R9 290, i5-4690, 1x8 GB RAM. Windows 8.1 64 bit. H97-D3H Gigabyte brand motherboard.

I've experienced this but only ONCE playing LUX.

Like you, the game never started even with everyone at 100%, I exited the game, re-logged and reconnected. When I entered the game it was only about a minute in so everything was ok I thought, until I right clicked to move Lux and she wouldn't stop :) She ignored any keypresses and ran straight into Yasuo and fed him first blood....

I respawned and tried to move again, it's the same thing but this time I ALT+TABBED and closed the game to not feed Yasuo another free kill.

When I relogged a second time, things were back to normal.

Bump.

I'm curious as to what is causing this bug. I've actually experienced a few matches with this bug and it's really frustrating. Even restarting/reconnecting doesn't help.
