Heimerdinger turret bugs

Hey so i am a Heimerdinger one trick and i have noticed i more than half my games that the turrets sometimes don't beam other champions even when they are fully charged it's like he stand right next to the turrets and it doesn't beam the champion. (champion is attacking me) this made me miss out on several kills. Also the R+Q turrets (big turret) seems to not interact with champions attacking me sometimes it only fires the big beams but not the normal beams (ofc the champ is in range attacking me) even if i die it doesn't want to auto the champ next to it ( only beam him).

I Hope you guys could look in to it if you have time.
