MSI Trials - House Select Bugs

This morning, my client was open before the MSI Trials missions became available. When they popped up, I opened my missions tabs. I saw four new missions, and I could accept all four of them. The client screen had not, however, updated to show the new MSI Trials info. I was not able to see a quiz, or even that there was one. I had no indication that accepting missions selected a house, or that it was permanent. I looked online to find answers and saw that there was a quiz in the client, but I couldn't see it anywhere - again, the client only showed the old screen, it hadn't updated to show any MSI Trials info. I was able to accept all four missions. Picture is attached to show that I have the starter missions for all four - no idea yet what will happen, though I would assume they'll go away after I complete the house mission? So far I have been trying to watch VODs but watch rewards also aren't updating...

I tried to refresh my client. When I logged back in, lo and behold there was an entirely new screen in the client explaining everything. However, I was already assigned the Warbringer house, which I didn't want to select. Even though I have all the missions for all four. I was told there is no way to change this and tough luck.

It's really a huge bummer to be excited about a new MSI event only to be punished for a client error. There was never any confirmation about accepting houses or that it would be permanent such as there has been with other versus missions in the past. I'm assuming there would have been if I was able to accept the houses in the correct way, but I don't know. Now I am stuck with a house I don't want to represent and missions that I no longer care about instead of being part of something that would have been exciting - and it's because of the client, not because I just changed my mind or something.

This is a huge downer, and the only answer I got from player support was "well, post it on the forums", and I don't know what else to do, so I guess that's what I'm doing. I'm really bummed out and incredibly frustrated to be losing out on an event because of another client issue.
