Hello, It looks like i am the only one having this issue since I can't read anything about that. Currently, when a game is over, it crashes right before the pop of the "victory" or "defeat" message and I cant close the window. I have to restart the computer after each and every single game. That's pretty troublesome. Does anyone has had that kind of trouble? Did you find any solution to it?

You're not the only one, my friend and I have been having the same problem. I have to ctrl-alt-delete, bring up task manager, click end task on league....and then it brings me to another black page with the loading circle. So then you rinse and repeat and it will take you to the stats page. I have to do it after literally every single game.
I have the same problem as well! Since that new fency anime of the victory/defeat screen I crash when the game is done :( The game is not laggy! Good FPS and all but crash at the end... never got that before that anime thingy! ! if you guys find something that would be neat to know ! Thanks
You need to close lol in the taskmanager 
League won't even close with task manager for me(which usually works). The only way it'll close is if I restart my computer.
