Client issues

Can anyone help. I'm having the black screen issues within the client. I can log in. Chose my game style. Chose my champion then when games about to start the client opens up and goes black. Just the loading icon over the mouse. Have to force close it out of task manager. I've tried a lot of things to resolve this and yes i sent a ticket to riot.
