[GAMEPLAY] Kog'Maw W and Lethal Tempo

Greetings,

I was playing Kog'Maw on ARAM earlier and noticed that while his W was active Lethal Tempo would not proc via auto attacks. I wasn't sure if this was something RIOT wanted in regards to design or not but i figured I should report the possible Bug considering many items that affect auto attacks are still in affect during Kog'Maw's W.

Update: Messing around in the practice tool the Lethal Tempo did proc but it took like around a 9 sec delay during one moment and the next it took like 4 seconds when it should only take 1.5 second to proc
