After recent update i cant play because my play button and game invites are delayed.

Ive only had this problem since the recent update/patch and the first time ive seen or heard of it but when i click my play button i have to wait like 10 minutes before i can choose my game mode but when i get in a lobby the queue is delayed and starts after 10 minutes but after waiting so long i dont feel like playing, and the same goes for game invites. My friend sent me a game invite and i got it 10 minutes later but everything else like profile, loot, store are fine. I dont know why this is happening, ive reinstalled, cleaned out my computer for anything that could be messing with it and even made a new account and its happening on there too???? I just wanna play but this just makes me not want to.
