[CLIENT] Match History - Wukong kills... a ghost?

A strange entry appears on the in-client match history timeline of a recent match of mine, where the enemy Wukong appears to kill... nothing. (See attached screenshot.) In the web version of the match history of that game, no such entry exists, and nothing replaces it. All the other entries match up between the in-client and web timelines (except for where Wukong gets executed later in the game at 28:45, which does not appear in the web version).

Details:

• The game is my (TheWhitestBaron) first game from today (2/25/2016), played at approximately 12 AM-1 AM EST, i.e. before the Patch 6.4 server maintenance, as Tristana*, on Summoner's Rift, Normal Blind Pick
• The bugged entry appears on the in-client match history timeline only, at about 16:40
• The client on which the bug was noticed is the Mac client, version 6.4.16_02_22_17_11, just patched to 6.4
• The bugged entry continued to appear despite quitting and restarting the client
