Nocturne's tail is invisible; has been invisible for over a year

I have:

-Used the repair tool -Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice -Have used the hextech tool to do a clean uninstall and reinstall

I have: -A GTX 970 -Graphics on ultra -Updated drivers

This issue has persisted through multiple graphic cards. Only the mechanical noc skin has a tail on my screen. All other skins have no tail.
