Poppy Charge Spell (E) Locks him in terrain aswell as stops his aggro.

I play poppy alot and it has come to my attentio n that his E spell (charge) is glitching and locking him into the terrain and possibly the opponent at times aswell and it sometimes also stops attacking by losing aggro on impact i asssume :S
