[GAMEPLAY] Missing greend dot indicatinf allies ultimates

After last patch, when my allies hit 6 lv and upgrade their ultimate ability I can't see it. The dot that should indicate that their ultimate is ready,is black. When their R is on cd i can see it loading (the circle that is turning more and more blue). After it's cd, dot turns black and really makes it harder for the player to get information correctly. The bug occurs every game.
