Item deleted

Played a game as Zed mid, later in game it allowed me to upgrade brutalizer to warrior w/o smite. So i bought it and it deleted brutalizer from my inventory and since i did not have smite it did not purchase the item. So i lost the gold and brutalizer without haveing the refund option because i had no item in my inventory to refund. Earlier in game i had some insane ping spikes that got up to 9k so idk if in the process my shop got bugged and allowed the purchase of the jg items.
