[GAMEPLAY] Lux's E unable to be casted

I'm not sure how this had happened but during the last 20 mins of the game, my friend who was playing lux wasn't able to use lux's E at all. On the spell, it showed that the spell costed 0 Mana and when you click on the spell, it would say "you cannot cast that right now" And I don't think there is a way to reproduce this bug.

Sorry for the bad quality pictures, the game ended right after.

yes, that happened te me today in a ranked matck... 8/1 than lost the match. reconected to client. the bug is on your servers. fix it

This is big. This just happened to me the other day and I posted on this board about it.

But does Riot actually look at these? How do we know if what we report is being acknowledged?

Happened to me too! Lux's E was greyed out and unusable.
