FPS lag bug

For some odd reason, every time that i move my mouse in game, it causes my frames to drop from 144 to 50 and bellow. the only way to fix it is by restarting game, sometimes a few times.

I dont know why this is happening because i am able to run other games on "epic" settings and i dont have problem with frames. i have tried restarting league, downloaded it again, and also have tried to use the repair key but nothing happens.

Does anyone know what to do? This is very frustrating, I have had trouble playing for quite a few days now.

I'm having this same issue, it must be something with league and it seems that the only way to fix it is to restart your computer entirely, but I can't do that because my PC takes upwards of 5 minutes to fully restart and get back into game
