Devourers jungle item doesn't give 10% cooldown reduction as stated.

Incredibly simple bug. item says it grants 10% cooldown reduction. it doesn't. This was built off trailblazer for me but it probably affects all of them.

Fix it. Now. kthx

you should link the games or at least mention champs you are experiencing this with.

Devourer doesn't give CDR. Reading is hard apparently.
