@Riot Client keeps crashing in Champ select

Ok so almost everytime I'm in champ select it will suddenly lag and nothing will be happening, like I can still type and I see everyone messages but someone's pick or ban will be stuck at 0 seconds. Sometimes this works out fine and it comes back in time, but sometimes it happens on my pick or ban which then I see in chat everyone gets kicked from the room, but I'm still sitting there with it frozen so I'm forced to force quit the program and when I come back I have a queue timer. I'm not leaving the games on purpose it's not even my fault so the queue timer is incredibly frustrating. Riot please fix this or tell me what I can do to fix it.
