Game Crashes After Match Ends [Client]

My game BugSplats after matches on SR and ARAM. Happens before I can click the "Continue" button on the Victory/Defeat animation. The game then requires me to reconnect to the ended game.

Steps to reproduce:

Finish a game of ARAM or Normals on SR.
Game glitches out and BugSplats
Forced to try and reconnect after the match has already ended.

Frequency: 9/10 times

I've had this happen as well. I think its an issue with the victory/defeat animation. I was able to get the frequency to drop by reducing the number of background programs I had running. For some reason that animation uses up a lot of memory and if you don't have enough to spare it will cause the game to crash. Wish riot would fix the problem though.
