[GAMEPLAY] Nimbus Cloak immediately triggers after CD finishes even though Ahri does not ult

I encountered this bug in-game today and was only able to reproduce it twice in the Practice Tool. After ulting and triggering Nimbus Cloak initially, Nimbus Cloak will activate immediately after finishing its cooldown, without Ahri ulting.

I am not sure if this bug happens with other champions, as I have not had the time to test.

Edit: This happened again twice since, this time in Nexus Blitz games.
