Fiora Ult Bug (post rework)

I understand that with a new champion kit, there will be bugs so i hope this helps kill off a new one. One of my previous games i was playing Fiora against a Talon in the top lane, as the game progressed i had purchased a Ravenous Hydra and Talon and I had a skirmish in the blue side jungle near the wolf camp. The skirmich only lasted maybe three seconds and i had engaged with my ult and followed up with a Q and and auto or two. This is where things get odd because as Talon goes to disengage, he uses his ult and disappears, and as he disappears i follow up with my Ravenous Hydra Active which i assumed dealt the killing blow, only thing was as he died no aura appeared , i was the only one to fight him or land a hit and i know for a fact i hit one or two of his vitals before he ulted to get away. If someone has had the same thing happen, i would appreciate hearing your response too. if this becomes patched, and i know this is a rare occurrence, i appreciate being heard.
