Game crashed and no return in queue

I was playing as Bard and the enemy team surrendered. After the match, the results didnt appear and i skipped. I tried to enter in another game but a message appeared saying that I am already in game o.O I closed LoL and tried to login again, but after this appeared the message Game Crashed Recconect to the Game Ok... recconect. But an error appeared with firewall. And if I close the LoL again, I will receive a time penalty for a game I already finished I dont know what to do
