I've gotten a few S's on champs I have mastery ranked 5, Morgana, Jinx, Annie, Gnar and Orianna to name a few, that I should have gotten at least ONE token for (morgana should have 3), yet I have received 0 tokens to advance my mastery rank. I've played both normals and ARAMs and received no tokens for the S's I've worked my butt off for. I'm not sure exactly how to recreate the bug, other than I'm simply not getting the tokens I've earned in order to advance my mastery rank.
UnHeardGh0st1 votesYou don't get Tokens on ARAM, so there is that. also if you gain Rank 5 and Earn a S- and above, you do not get the token, those aren't bugs.
Now if you are already Rank 5, earn an S- or above. Then there is a bug
Shometsu1 votesI've gotten S's in normals on at least Morgana, who is already rank 5 and has been for a while. Purposely did so this week with Morgana to see if it was the game mode, still got nothing. Not sure why other game modes don't count though, I mean, an S is an S; you earned it through hard work, it SHOULD count (not really complaining, just a bit bummed that it's not acknowledged for other modes)
