[GAMEPLAY] [CLIENT] Clubs and Club Tags Problems

This post has two things.

Firstly, club tags have stopped showing in in-game and loading screen. I have tested this in normal 5v5 and in custom game mode. Same thing every time - no club tags. Been asking from other players and everyone has said that they can't see club tags either.

Secondly, special characters are allowed in club tags. I have tested it and I have seen it in other club tags. Plus, in EUNE/EUW you can use Creek letters in summoner names for example. Even so, when I try to type "GRIMM" or "MMMM" (where "M" is capital "mu" letter), the client says that the tag "Does not meet the tag requirements". I don't understand what is the problem, since only guideline is that tag should contain 2-5 characters. "GRIMM" is 5 and "MMMM" is 4 characters.

And yes, I'm fully aware of "show club tag" option and that "5 members in a club before getting tag" -rule.
