[GAMEPLAY] Lux - Ult not shown as on cooldown after dying during cast

When Lux dies during the cast for her ult, the ability goes on cooldown but does not appear to. There is no cooldown timer, and all indicators for ult availability suggest it is available. However, when you press the button to cast it, nothing happens (not even a warning saying it is on cooldown). After some time (presumable cooldown duration) the ult becomes available and can be cast again without any further issue.

I have tried this with the star guardian and steel legion skins, and can easily replicate it in the practice tool by leveling to 6, teleporting under a tower, and timing the ult to go off (but not complete) while dying. Using auto-refresh cooldowns makes the ult available again.
