Ahri's runes dont activate

Played a game of ahri with electrocute/ cheap shot / ghost poro / ultimate hunter / mana flow and transcendence , and only the passive runes activated both electrocute cheap shot and namaflow did not activate during the whole game it seems to be a problem only with ahri because i was playing against a Azir and he had electrocute and it worked.
