ascension and Global Ults

In ascension mode Can use here Ult If she had tunnels at spawn and Can Heal there which can somewhat be game breaking if shes got ascension. Im not sure if otheres lIke panth,tahm,Tf can do this but its kinda dumb to just be able to recall and heal and come back to the game full Hp

Turn of Spawn Health Like in Aram, or make it so they cant get back.
