Ranked Champ Select Bug?

I was in my last game for my promos and I was last pick on my team but when it me and the other guy's turn to pick it made the noise but then went straight to the other team, everyone saw this happen too so it was not just me. So due to us not being able to choose a champion the lobby closed and i lost my series due to this
