Match making bug

i played a game of league at school this morning and i finished it, but when i got home and signed in it game me this screen that i left a game and to reconnect when there wasn't any game running, then it crashed. anyone knows how to fix this so i can play again plz. halp i even tried to reconnect but it keeps crashing.
