My Lol Launcher like opens I have went into rads and deleted everything like I saw on a forum but when I open it the second badge with the loading bar opens then when it goes away nothing opens please help me it would help so much I am considering deleting the game and downloading again...

Try repairing it, it is faster than re downloading
