Vikor W Bugged.

I was in a ranked game and i purchased my Hex Core ( 2nd and 3rd ) in full . I always use Crtl to upgrade my abitiles and i did Q W really fast . As soon as i did so , My W was bugged like if i didn't upgrade it at all. It was around lvl 12 or 13 and my W was still Ranked 1 so i waited to see if it would fix itself after a couple ranks. that was a no go . It was bugged for the rest of the game and didn't work properly. please fix this and i lost that game , i'm not saying it was cause of that W but it would have helped a lot more if it wasn't messed up
