Game Crashes after win or loss!!!! >=(

Okay, I'm not sure why but after i win or lose a game ( coop or not ) sometimes it will crash and i cant alt tab out or anything. THE SCREEN JUST FREEZES!! now like i said sometimes, it happens kinda randomly so i couldn't tell you any specific steps or anything (sorry). Please look into this riot, this has happened about 4 times now in one day, and its getting REALLY annoying. Anyways thank you for reading.

can confirm this is also happening to me every time i win my game crashes

can also confirm, has forced me to exit game via task manager, and counts it as leaving. already been placed in low priority queue twice now ;_;
