Instant lost

Hi Riot, we just played a game with our team. We've surrendered the first one. We had to play against a 2nd team, so we waited for 7 minutes. After the 7 minutes, we pressed next and then we've got an instant prize. We looked and then we saw 2 losses... Can you guys fix this? XD or give us our 2nd chance back. Hopefully you guys can help fix this bug and help us. Thanks! :)
