[GAMEPLAY] Can't /remake.

Hello, we were in ranked with 3 friends (so 4 premade), we had a Kled Toplane as the soloqueue guy. He didn't connect when the game started (He was at the middle of the spawn and bought no items) so we dicided to spam /remake before 45 sec, after 45 sec, before the first blood, after the first blood and we couldn't : "One or more players must be disconnected to remake". It was so annoying ... So we lost our LP and 15 min because we just decided to open mid. Please if it's a bug fix it, if we didn't understand something explain but .. do something. It's kinda annoying to loose LP when u're close to the next league.
