tahm Kench w bug

Tahm Kench has a bug where when you devour a minion or monster, there would be times where you could not be able to spit the monster or minion, this is a very bad bug because it ruins a lot of cruicial moments, this bug appears howeer it seems to only appear at random. What would happen is that when tahm devours a monster or minionit wouldnt allow him to spit, making you wait a whole 12 seconds(at lvl1 skill) making you spit directly where you were facing when the spit was off the cooldown and i am obviously not the only one effected by this
