Orianna does not receive the proper amount of mana regen after purchasing Morellonomicon on Howling Abyss.

If I remember correctly the Howling Abyss modifies the mana regeneration in some form but I don't remember how, but it's not a bug that you aren't getting the proper mana regen on Howlind Abyss.
