Can't cast abilities, keyboard not working ingame

Played 3 games today and in those three i connected to the game and none of my abilities would work, reconnected several times, this worked once or twice but later in the game my keyboard would stop working again, and it's only ingame. I can type in chat, ping, I just can't cast abilities without clicking on them. Only way to get abilities to work was to hold down the windows key while trying to cast them, but the game is legitimately unplayable and I can't queue for any game in any mode because when I connect it won't work. I've repaired the client and run the hextech tool, nothing
