Can't connect to lobby

I think this might be the odd case, I can't connect to pre game and post game lobby. It keep showing connecting or xxxx joined game, and I cant recieve or send any message.

I have tried many different ways to slove it, such as reinstalling the game and turing off firewalls, but the issue still exstings.

Any solution to this?
