half way during a game while playing katarina i will not be able to throw my q, use my ult or press for back to base. i have switched the buttons and that didnt work, i have disconnected and reconnected, i have closed the client and it all doesnt work. its only with kat and im not sure what im supposed to do with this.
I just have the same problem. My q, ult and recall didnt work.
had the same problem twice only e , w and summoners work both times it happened after a kill so probably something funky with her passive.
I have encountered this exact same bug twice. Very frustrating.

btw for me when this happens i usually have to die to fix this bug usually i do this by executing myself on baron or on wolves or something
So its been 3 months since this issue is reported
It is sad how long this bug has existed and yet riot has not even mentioned that it exists.
