Hello,

So before this game I have already earned three chests, and should have been eligible to earn one more. In the game I linked I received an S+ as Leona and my friend who I queued with earned an S- as Jhin. My friend got a chest (he also had 3 chests from the games we played together) but I did not get one. Could it be because I bought and opened one with RP? I didn't think this was the case because I thought you can only earn 4 a month, excluding purchasing them, but who knows. I feel a little cheated here haha, anyone know why i didn't get one or is this a bug?

Apparently Rito is still saying there's nothing wrong with earning chests, they are playing ignorant. Approx. ~50 people reported the bug by now, but as always, anything that doesnt have at least +50 upvotes is not a real problem and never will be, this is when I really hate this bug reporting system. item 3070

I'm having the same problem. despite two people in my party two separate times getting S didn't get a chest, also I just got an S and didn't get one. and i still have 3 available.

On my profile it says i can still get 4 chests, but havent gotten one in, i think 2 weeks. I am getting key fragments tho; have gotten 4 since the last chest i opened.

Am regularly getting s grades ingame, but nothing.

I just found something weird, on my champion page I have the special border for Jinx, and the chest symbol is yellow, but the highest grade I got with her is a B+. Could it be that the game somehow mistakenly has me as an S for Jinx, didn't give me a chest, but still bars me from getting one? on my profile page it still says I can earn one.

Two games in a row, me and teammates have gotten S's, but I'm not getting any loot. Come on Rito! Everyone else is getting them.

This has also happened to me, played Janna, team members got S's and i got no chest. Still haven't received one

I got 12 S and S+ ranks in a row...with no chests....seriously...i wont bother playing well anymore :p

I demand compensation for the good games I played or Ill never put another cent into this game...For real.

I'm still having this "problem"

  • Found out you can only have 1 chest per champ per month.
  • I got an S with Swain, Nami and Soraka this month, didn't get a chest.
  • I still get fragments but very rarely even though my one of my teammates gets an S or I get an S.
  • I also opened a chest using RP.
  • I also have had about 3+ chests already from this month, including the one I won from the chest and the one I got from RP.
  • I have 3 full keys waiting for a chest. Amumu True/False:
  1. You can only get 4 chests per month.
  2. Opening chests using RP gives chest bugs.
  3. Winning a chest/key set gives chest bugs.

Ok I see your issue with the picture you posted in the comments You only got a B ranking with Jinx but you must have had a friend who got an S which in turn gave you a chest

I'm Having the same problem .. most of the time my teammates gets S & i dont get any boxes but i hav 4 chests available.. & some time i get box but its very rare.. is there any solution guys?? please...

Two people on my team earned "S". I have 1 chest available. Hadn't earned chest for the champ I was playing. No chest earned. item 3151

I also got an S with Blitz for the first time and got no chest. Although, it says my chest slot for the champion is full.

I have earned nearly 6 S and out of that I still didn't get a single chest -- My friends keep getting chests cuz I carry them while I don't get any... -- My friend has nearly every skin for each champ... and he started League a year after me -_-......

This is such an infuriating bug, got 4 key fragments with Yi, and 2 Mastery 6 Yi tokens. But the last 2 times I have gotten S- and S but nothing no chest not key fragment.. My profile says i have 4 available chests, and i have not received one on this champion yet. is RIOT even making efforts to remedy this bug?

I've been trying to earn chests for weeks, I've gotten S ranks, three of my teammates are S+ or S rank at the same time, still no chests. I am CLEARLY playing champs I have not unlocked chests on yet. Mastery level 5, no gold border, and its not just one champ, its multiple champs across multiple games ranked and normal summoner rift games....

Well I'm switching champions regularly and got only one chest from game in my life and I rank S- pretty often. Got 9 forget keys tho (27 fragments). Wtf rito.

i got an S on wukong and i had a chest available on him, and i still had all four earnable chests available, i didn't get a chest but my friend did which was really weird anyone know why this happened?

I have earned several S rating on champs recently and haven't gotten a single chest since I purchased a few a couple months ago. It's been telling me I'm eligible for four chests on my profile for ages, yet I'm still not receiving them. It is quite infuriating. :/ Rito pls

Same problem... Played with different champs and S's were earned. No chests... I have 8 keys though :)! Seems like a way to make us buy chests

I recently got a S- while playing Jhin. After the game it said I received a chest but when I went to look for it in my loot but it wasn't there. Its the third day of the month and i haven't won any for the month as yet. What's happening?

Even i am havin same problem. I have three available chests with me but i m not gettin em. In two aram games fw of my team members scored s ranks yet i was not given the chest. In one game i gt a key fragment n in other i gt squat. Wats up with that? Also the new season has just stared and no chest so far... Please do fix it...

same here I got S- withVeigar and S with Sivir first time same day and got nothing I owned two and had 3 chests avalible.... recently no fragment too :( and what make it even worse is that on chmpions it says "chest earnd" while I got nothing... Im sure it was first time S rank with these two.
