[Client] Bug with readycheck

The issue i am having and multiple people are having that i play with is, very frequently when queuing up for a game(ranked, normal draft, normal non draft and aram games) frequently we have issues that result in the ready check popup will not appear until it has already timed out and then it will popup and then immediately close without giving me or people i was queuing with that are having the issue a opportunity to click the accept or even decline button.

Also, this will happen multiple times in a row and then to an extent that i sometimes will get the warning for not being ready or even to the point where i end up having to wait the extended duration to play a game.
