TeamBuilder Skin Bug

Ever since I think two patches ago... when you play team builder as the same champion more than once in a row, it defaults to the base skin now. EVEN with a skin selected. I've been trying to use my Tristana Skin and it keeps going back to base skin. Can this please be fixed, it's been here way too long.
