Stuck

So when I press tab or spacebar for more than a few seconds, it gets stuck. With tab, it will show the stat screen for a few seconds after I've released the tab button. For spacebar, it locks my camera in place for a few seconds and I'm unable to use anything related to my keyboard (abilities, wards). It's really annoying and I'm wondering how this can be fixed. Reinstal league? New PC?
