Darius Q deals no dmg to blue buff

As you can see, Darius Q dealt no dmg to the blue buff. PS: That GP could steal i was actually game breaking, becasue after that, i wasnt able to ult in fight and we lost that one....

Its pretty rare but there's a bug I have noticed about decimate and running away from the enemy.
Sometimes if youre running away from the target, even if they are in the outer q radius, for some reason it won't register the damage.
Also, if the wall is thin enough, that stupid apprehend bug is still not fixed. It was mostly fixed, but not for one of the walls in the lower mid jungle.
Bump, a red should review this.
Not sure if I saw it wrong or what, but I think it might not be dealing damage to champions as well.
There were a couple times in my last Darius game in which this happened.
