Morgana black shield/Mundo cleaver bug

Hello!

Yesterday I was in lane as Morgana against a Mundo, and I noticed that even when my black shield was up (as in, Mundo didn't hit me and then I put my black shield up too late), Mundo's "infected cleaver" would still put a slow on me regardless of the shield (I.e., no "spell immune"). I think this is similar to the Xerath bug atm and may be just specific to Mundo's cleaver, because there was an enemy Lux in the game with me as well and her detonation slow would always read "spell immune." Unfortunately I don't have a video link or anything to include since I wasn't running any recording software at the time, but if I can find a friend with Mundo who was recording software (I run on a Mac, League + recording = death), I'll update my post.

Riot confirmed its a bug if your shield breaks instantly, it goes down and you still take damage or something they are working on it although I think Riot should disable champions or at least put it on a status page in game so players are aware of the bugs.

I had a similar problem yesterday while playing Morg in ARAM against a Blitz. Regardless of anyone having the black shield on them, they would get pulled by Blitz.
