Refer a Friend not updating?

Im kind of new at trying out the refer a friend program, but ive gotten a few friends to join up and helped them reach past level 10, yet im not seeing any milestones? My "completed refer" tab only shows a bunch of level 1 accounts with blank names, but it wont update at all? please help! i want medevil twitch!

Yeah, I have the same situation. Already submitted a ticket. Maybe you should write riot an email as well.
