ARAM loading screen bug

So I've never used the forum here before so please let me know if there's something wrong with this post.

About 60% of the time i play ARAM, after I click to enter champ select, my screen freezes and doesn't show me who I got. The whole client goes down and I have to restart it. And I've gotten a LeaverBuster warning for this, so now I'm really upset that this could affect my account, not just mess with my games really bad. Has anyone had this problem? It started patch 4.19.

This has been happening to me too, actually made a posted my own report. Riot hasn't said anything about it though. :( THEY NEED TO FIX THIS, I LOVE PLAYING ARAM ; - ;
